We are The PSV Circle, whose administrative office is

current, past and intending members and non-member purchasers of our publications
for the purposes of administering membership services. The PSV Circle is

publications ordered (including financial payments).
This data is obtained directly from the member or
purchaser of publications.
For some PSV Circle members, we may share their names
and addresses with their consent, to allow other members to contact them. We do
not share information with third parties except when required to complete card
payments with our card payments provider.
We hold your data for as long as you are a member or
regular purchaser of publications, and for a period of time after that. We do not hold your data for longer than
necessary and we do not use your data to contact you for marketing
purposes. If you believe we hold
incorrect information, you have the
right to tell us to correct your data.
