DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

We are The PSV Circle, whose administrative office is at 11th Floor Wentworth House, 350 Eastern Avenue, ILFORD, IG2 6NW.

The PSV Circle and its officers hold personal data on current, past and intending members and non-member purchasers of our publications for the purposes of administering membership services. The PSV Circle is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We protect your information with security measures which we consider appropriate, including securing our computers, files and offices.
 

To use your information legally, we rely on one or more of the following justifications:
·         Your consent
·         Legal obligations including performance of a contract
·         Our legitimate interests
 

For all members and for non-member purchasers of our publications ordered on-line or by post, we gather and hold the following data:
·         Name,
·         Address
·         Publications purchased and services to which subscribed (including financial payments).
 
For some members the following additional information may be held:-
           Telephone and/or fax number, e-mail address, editorial and similar administrative
           duties, services and publications ordered (including financial payments).
 
This data is obtained directly from the member or purchaser of publications. 
For some PSV Circle members, we may share their names and addresses with their consent, to allow other members to contact them. We do not share information with third parties except when required to complete card payments with our card payments provider.

We hold your data for as long as you are a member or regular purchaser of publications, and for a period of time after that.  We do not hold your data for longer than necessary and we do not use your data to contact you for marketing purposes.  If you believe we hold incorrect information, you  have the right to tell us to correct your data.
